Air Fryers are making waves! The very first Air Fryer pop-up restaurant opened last year in trendy Shordich, North London. 

Air fryer cookbook author Nathan Anthony, in collab with eBay opened the UK’s first ever pop-up air fryer restaurant for one night in London last September. 

The eatery, called Air, served a choice of small plates including crispy salt and pepper squid, halloumi fries and sweetcorn ribs.

The first ever Air Fry restaurant was a clever way to demonstrate that restaurant quality food can be created using an Air Fryer alone!
